Steven Rhodes, is a primary school teacher with 20 years of experience spanning London, international schools, and now back in Yorkshire. Steven's teaching philosophy is built on two core beliefs. First, he's believes strongly in providing children with opportunities to work through problems independently. He believes this approach builds resilience and cultivates a positive mindset towards learning – essential skills for success both in and out of the classroom.

Secondly, Steven recognises that teachers often work far more hours than they should, frequently sacrificing personal time to create engaging, high-quality resources. This realisation became the catalyst for founding Succeedu.

Through Succeedu, Steven offers top-notch Maths and English resources that promote student independence while saving teachers valuable time. He's also developing a webapp to revolutionise resource creation. Steven's mission? To create classrooms full of confident learners and teachers with reclaimed personal lives.
